This is a fun, energetic 60 minute workout session including cardio, strength, and core exercises. Classes are designed to enhance overall muscular strength and endurance, as well as improve cardiovascular health. A total body workout is achieved by completing 4 10-15 minute rounds. Each round consists of exercises that target specific areas of the body. Exercises can be modified for individual's needs. Music is provided during sessions.

The original and most popular group cycling class. This class will help you quickly turn your goals into reality. With no complicated moves to learn, top notch instruction and music that begs your legs to pedal, getting into the best shape of your life has never been more fun! The spinning program is for people of all fitness levels. A great workout for just one hour.

PiYo is a high intensity low impact workout that uses the sculpting benefits of Yoga and Pilates to help you burn fat, while you lean out your body. It's great for any age and it provides you with strength, flexibility, and cardio all in one.



​​​Turbo Kick is a high intensity cardio conditioning kickboxing class that can burn up to 9x more fat and calories than traditional cardio.  The moves are choreographed to fabulous heart pumping music that is sure to get your blood pumping. High Intensity Interval Training is where you do short bursts of effort with a recovery.  It has shown an afterburn effect of metabolism for up to 24 hrs.   
If you love cardio and want to try something different come give Turbokick class a shot.  Low modifications are shown throughout class for when you need to kick it back too.
